big ben counting down the minutes until the inauguration.
at "the end." a popular indie nightclub that's closing soon. the end of "the end." where we went out for my friend haleigh's birthday.
pelicans & the palace.
st. paul's has the coolest history. it was one of the few things not destroyed during the massive WWII bombings of london. a bomb landed on the front steps but didn't explode. soldiers took it out to a remote, open area to detonate it and it made a crater 100 feet in diameter. had it exploded, it would have leveled the place. but it didn't. and the centuries-old building remained untouched.
